In-house electricians for rewiring, consumer units, lighting and testing, across Bromley, Croydon, Kent and Surrey.
Electrical work is handled in-house on every extension, loft conversion and renovation we build, not bolted on afterwards by whoever's free. We also take on standalone jobs for homes across Bromley, Croydon, Kent and Surrey.
From a full rewire to a single EICR, it's the same in-house team either way.

They finished our loft conversion ahead of time and were very obliging when we asked for small changes along the way. A genuinely lovely team.
I was really impressed with the quality of the workmanship and how polite the team were throughout. I'd happily recommend Easy Developments to friends.

Yes, full and partial rewiring for homes of any age across Bromley, Croydon, Kent and Surrey. We also handle smaller electrical jobs, and electrics on every extension, loft conversion and renovation we build.
Yes. Additional sockets, spotlights, feature lighting and outdoor or garden lighting are all part of our day-to-day work, on their own or alongside a larger project.
Yes. Every job is tested and signed off to BS 7671 (the 18th Edition wiring regulations), and you're issued the relevant certificate — an Electrical Installation Certificate for new work, or a Minor Works Certificate for smaller jobs.
Under Part P of the Building Regulations, new circuits, consumer unit replacements and rewires in kitchens, bathrooms and outdoors are notifiable work. Straightforward like-for-like repairs and adding an accessory to an existing circuit usually are not. We handle the notification either way.
Common signs are a fuse box with a wooden back and rewireable fuses rather than circuit breakers, no RCD protection, breakers that trip repeatedly, or a board that's more than 30 to 40 years old. An EICR will confirm whether an upgrade is actually needed rather than just recommended.
For an average three-bedroom house, a full rewire typically runs to around one to two weeks, plus first fix and second fix around any plastering or decorating. Larger or occupied properties can take longer. We confirm a firm programme at the survey.
